NO HAM of the Year 2006

Dale Osborne Reports:

It was decided at the December 1st & 16th meetings
there would be no HOY for 2006. There were many
different opinions and some names but there was no
great consensus among the former HOY's that
attended one or both meetings so it was decided not
to name a HOY for 2006. Also the HOY traveling
award is full and Bob W is looking into the cost and
options to give it some more room for another 8-16
HOY names.
