This is the Little Wolf Mountain packet site where WUF is located.  There are several backbones that leave this site also.  The main nodes are WUF which is on 145.010 and WUF1 which is on 145.090 for local access to Colstrip.  Both of the node use Micor radios and are using MFJ TNC's.  The WUF node is on a 4 dipole array and the WUF1 node is on a single dipole.

The backbones go like this.  #MTWUF is the 9600kb link back to Red Lodge site and connects to #MTRL.  #WUF1 is the 9600kb link that connects to #MILE1 at Miles City.   #WUF3 is the 9600kb link that connects to #WYSHR at Red Grade Mountain near Sheridan,  Wy.

All the backbone radios are Mitrex radios with Paccom Spirit TNC's.  The radios run about 20 watts.  There are two corner reflectors and one yagi in use for the backbone.  The path back to Red Lodge Mountain is 126 miles long.  Not too bad for 9600kb.
