This is the packet site at Miles City the home of MTMILE and MTMC.  The two main nodes here are MTMILE which is on 145.010 for wide area coverage and MTMC which is on 145.110 for the local users.

The backbone are Mitrex radios and Paccom TNC's running about 20 watts.  The antenna going to Glendive is a corner reflector and a small yagi is used to go back to Little Wolf.  #MILE1 is the link that connects to #WUF1 at Little Wolf and #MILE2 is the link that connect to #GDV1.  The path between here and Glendive is shaky at best in the summer time.  The path is long and looks through several hundred feet of dirt in the path.  We are lucky it works.

This is also the same site where the Miles City local repeater is.  It is on 146.920.
